About Taylor
Taylor carries a rich clinical background shaped by work across diverse, high-acuity settings. She began her career at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center as a Suicide Prevention Coordinator, later grew to support children and families in crisis through in-home therapy, and has poured into underserved communities with individual and group resources. These varied experiences inform her thoughtful, grounded approach to care with clients of all ages and life stages.

Becoming a mother deepened Taylor’s passion for perinatal mental health and inspired her to specialize in supporting individuals and families during the reproductive and early parenting years. She feels especially connected to this work and is actively involved in new-parent groups throughout the Pittsburgh area, where she helps foster connection, validation, and community among new- and hopeful-parents.
Across all the settings she has worked in, Taylor has consistently seen that each person brings strengths worthy of respect and compassion. This belief is central to her therapeutic approach. Sessions focus on identifying and building upon existing strengths, cultivating resilience, and supporting clients - whether perinatal or not - in accessing the insight and motivation needed for meaningful, sustainable change.
