Meet Taylor P.
Taylor P. is a Licensed Master Social Worker with more than seven years of experience supporting teens and young adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Many of her clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, seeking greater self-understanding and a clearer path forward.
Her perspective is also shaped by growing up in a family where mental health was openly discussed, including having a parent who worked as a therapist. This early exposure fostered a deep appreciation for the importance of having a supportive space where people can be honest, authentic, and fully themselves.
Known for a warm, grounded, and approachable style, Taylor prioritizes creating a therapeutic environment that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. Her work focuses on helping clients explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and acceptance-based strategies, with each session thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual. Above all, she believes therapy should help clients feel genuinely understood while empowering them to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
